One method of reporting physician results is by attribute scores. Each assessment includes a description of attributes along with a summary table showing the average score in comparison to the average score of the norm group. Attributes are based on combined scores for groupings of related questions. For example, the attribute ‘Patient Interaction’ on the Medical Colleague assessment is based on responses to six questions that relate to the physician’s interaction with patients or their families. The groupings were derived from statistical correlations. The attributes and the definitions for each assessment questionnaire are presented here.
